The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a good area, very close to temples, and Namba. Central location was a plus. Visited Korea Bar Harapeko for a few drinks, it was at a medium distance from the venue, 

Air conditioned room, spotless with a good view of the surrounding area.

The location is perfect, connected to a train station and shopping mall. Great size room with modern amenities and free laundry facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Eco-friendly hotel.

Air-conditioned rooms, had a really really nice stay for a vacation. The staff were patient and helpful and assisted with private parking.

Loved the staff, room cleanliness, convenient location near transportation, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and great view of Osaka skyline.

It was very convenient to get to the airport from the hotel. We asked how to do it at the jr station. They gave us the times the direct train leaves for the airport

We couldn't get clear directions how to get to the hotel from the airport. We got the wrong train and ended up getting a taxi from Namba. It shouldn't be too hard to update the website with clear details how to get to the hotel using JR.

A mistake was made and they tried very hard to rectify. Much better than any other hotel I have stayed at. We made reservations for 2 rooms, but only one was available. Hotel found another room and made reservations for 

The location of the hotel couldn't be better for young people wanting to explore the Shinsaibashi shopping areas. It is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to hop on the train and get to your desired destination quickly. Plus, being in a mall means you
